How to get rid my fears of elevators and other small locked spaces?
Written by admin on April 13, 2010 – 12:36 pm -I always take the stairs if there is an option. I always afraid that when take the elevator, the chances of the cable snapping are big. Then me and everyone in the elevator are going to plunge to out deaths…
Then I just realized recently, if I’m in a small locked room, my heart beats faster than normal even though I am relaxed.

I have a small fear of unfamiliar and wide open spaces (like being on the plains) anyone else?
Written by admin on April 7, 2010 – 12:25 pm -I don’t like being out in an open area where i can’t see any mountains, (even an area like Nevada scares me, where there are just one or two visible hills or ‘table-tops’) I can’t underestand why, though. only the prescence of surrounding mountains, or a large city or forest can calm my nerves! (I hate driving through Nevada)
