Adrenaline is released in the body when we are under threat (in anxiety or fear situations). This is known as the ‘fight/flight response’. For example, if we are in a situation we perceive as dangerous, we either need to be able to run (flight) or fight!
In order to be able to ‘fight or flight’ adrenaline causes physiological changes, which include increased heart rate, increased respiratory rate, tension in muscles, etc.
Therefore, in response to your question – adrenaline is released when we encounter fear/anxiety situations. The release of adrenaline can then help us to over come our fears/anxieties by helping us to escape from the situation (through fight/flight).
There can also be a feedback loop between physiological symptoms and emotions. For example, if we feel anxious (adrenaline is released) and we experience the physiological symptoms of anxeity. Sometimes we can appraise the physiological symptoms of a further sign that we are in danger (e.g. because I am feeling like this, I must be in danger). This again intensifies our anxiety/fear. Therefore – adrenaline can have an (indirect) effect on raising fear through our appraisal of the symptoms.
Hope this makes sense!

YES IT CAN
Your body will go into different “modes”, but sometimes the anxiety itself causes the adrenaline, or sometimes the adrenaline caused the anxiety. Thyroid testing is always good for this, however if it is just anxiety causing the adrenaline, you need to calm down and learn techniques to control anxiety
I suffer from anxiety and I use natural remedies, they are safe and guaranteed to work usually or money back, I use this stuff:
